I’m not a fan of physical journals. I prefer columns, visuals and color! However, I don’t like Excel either. The software is too complicated and “bulky.”

Then, being able to sort and filter my entries anyway I want, I can make connections between my Parts, my projects, and my activities throughout the day. Heck, I’ve had Partsworks insights while riding my bike! With this, I can pull out my phone and log a quick entry. Simple!

What is Partswork?
“A part of me does” and “A part of me doesn’t.” Which ones exactly!? Do you find yourself conflicted often? Are you pulled in two different directions simultaneously and as a result wind up stuck in overwhelm? Partsworks is a great way to investigate the make up of your personality. By dividing a personality into its constituents which we call Parts, its becomes easier to investigate why you are being pulled in opposite directions. Partsworks is the process of getting to know yourself with a magnifying glass. 🔍
When you can understand where your different parts are coming from, really begin to empathize, listen and be with them, then you can begin to cultivate deep levels of self-love and self-acceptance. This is my go-to tool with most of the clients since it is well-received and easy to understand.
