Our Community
We recognize in our modern lifestyle, with the constant need to meet our responsibilities, that it can be a challenge to sit with ourselves, to take care of our needs, to care for what is important. We hope that whomever arrives here that you may find respite from a fast-paced, extraordinary way of living. Some of us have a desire to explore our internal dimensions of being, which require some amount of stillness. While some of us simply want to rest. How can we maintain adequate stillness replenish ourselves, and simultaneously fulfill our financial obligations in a busy world?
At Vast Wilderness Arts we want to provide every member who wishes it that a sense of balance which promotes a kind of ease, wellbeing, renewal and replenishment of the human spirit. This is made possible by a community of like-minded individuals who spend a great deal of their time and effort taking care of themselves. With a full cup, they bring that enthusiasm, that attitude and spirit of being alive, into the workplace to share with the rest of the community.
Our Vision
It continues to be my aspiration to point out to others a space available within themselves where they can realize a natural state of peace, well-being, freedom. Artwork is great way to reflect that sense of well-being. The beauty of working with raw materials such as plants, earth and wood, is that they are renewable materials that are very easily accessible. They are also good to handle. Being around plants brings tremendous health benefits.
We aspire, as a business, to keep our cups full. This means that we go to great length to ensure our that we are are happy and enthusiastic. We have made radical operational decisions in order to ensure that any human being that walks through our doors, no matter what their intention is for the day, that they will leave with their hearts fulfilled and satisfied.We wish express out to the world: It IS possible to work, be financially satisfied and happy, and simultaneously nourish and maintain good wellbeing.

Our Teachers
Nature itself, not just the green, but also the people that live within our community, in our city and their creations, continue to be a guiding light for our company. There is no better place to be inspired to create art than by stepping directly into the heart of the wild. We learn constantly what works and what doesn’t work in nature, and we bring ideas from nature. Likewise, we spend time with people. We see how they suffer, how they are uncomfortable in their working and living space, and we ask: “How can we support them?” How can we bring a sense of peace, and tranquility, in a person’s life? In a simple way, they are showing us what they would like, and we listen, and we bring that it to them.
