Why does it feel and sound right if I say "its better to end it than staying. None even cares.”

Oh! I can answer this!
Most people tend to be disconnected with their bodies. That's because we spend a lot of time in our heads. Its just an unfortunate circumstance of being born in an age where we are encouraged to be up there, in order to achieve our survival means.
The unfortunate side-effect of being disconnected from the body, is that we can misinterpret the signals it is sending us. For example, lack of self-awareness results in emotional dis-regulation: an inability to know what actions to take to make us feel better.
The impulse to suicide is misinterpreted most of the time. No living being wants to end its life. The body is constantly working very hard to keep itself alive. What that is, is actually an impulse to dis-identify from a conceptual sense of self. To the person who is identified with their thoughts (in other words they think they are the many thoughts running in their heads), it feels like the body is asking of you to end itself. In a sense, it is. If you identify with your body and with your thoughts, the signal is mis-interpreted as "I need to end myself." If you are not identified with your thoughts or you body, it becomes clear that the body is trying to return it its most ordinary, most natural state of being: One that is childlike, free from any identify of thought, free from sense of self.
If you pay close-attention, you will notice that you actually already do this throughout the week. Hyperfocusing, flow states, and other activities in which you totally forget your sense of self, are such activities. You are so immersed in the activity, that you forget for a moment that you even exist! Also when you look at something so extra-ordinarily beautiful, like a sunrise, you actually forget yourself for a brief moment. You are happy!
So you see, that impulse is not telling you to end your life. Its telling you to forget yourself!
Why? Because the stories that run around in your heads, such as
"No body likes me"
"nobody cares"
"I am worthless"
etc..
They are painful to you, when you tell yourself these things. The body is extra-ordinarily intelligent. It realizes that in order to prevent itself from feeling more emotional pain, it has to end its identity with the stories!
It's not about ending your "physical" life, its about ending your "conceptual" life, the one that you believe is miserable. The body is tired of your stories, it wants to move on, and be happy, joyful and confident!
All you have to do, is reconnect to your body. That my friend, is a story for another post.
